General terms of use of the site, general rules and legal responsibilities related to it

If the terms and conditions do not apply to you, please do not use blackbork.com.tr. By using the site and filling out the form containing your personal information, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions stated on these pages.

1. Usage and Security Rules
blackbork.com.tr is open to all members. Services provided on the site are free of charge unless otherwise stated.

In the following cases, the site administration may prevent the member from using the site and reserves its legal rights against the person or persons involved in the following initiatives:

1.a. Posting false, irregular, incomplete and misleading information, statements that do not comply with general morality, and information that is contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey on the site.

1.b. Copying the site content partially or completely without permission

Users are directly responsible for any damages arising from the sharing of information, such as usernames and passwords, or usage rights, provided to or determined by Users with third parties or organizations (including the use of such information by persons other than Users). Similarly, Users may not use personal information such as an IP address, email address, or username belonging to another person on the Internet, nor may they access or use other users' private information without permission. Users are deemed to have accepted all legal and criminal liability that may arise from such use.

1.d. Using software that would threaten the security of the site, prevent the site and the software used from functioning, performing activities, attempting to perform activities, and obtaining, deleting, or changing information.

3a. Information about users visiting BlackBork.com.tr (visit duration, time, pages viewed) is tracked to provide better service. This information is shared with companies we collaborate with for advertising purposes, etc., to expand and improve content, adhering to privacy policies. The purpose here is to enhance the site's user experience and to improve blackbork.com.tr.

3.b. After completing the required fields for registration and confirming the e-mail address, the BlackBork.com.tr user may start using the blackbork.com.tr site by entering his/her e-mail address and password, provided that he/she complies with the terms set forth in this agreement.

3.c. While using the blackbork.com.tr website and services, the User agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the Decree Laws and legal regulations regarding the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, the Code of Obligations, other relevant legislation, and all announcements and notifications published by BlackBork.com.tr regarding its services. All legal, criminal, and financial liability arising from use in violation of these notices and laws shall be the responsibility of the User.

3.d. If it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations set forth in this agreement or the general rules stated on the blackbork.com.tr website, the User may be blocked from using blackbork.com.tr temporarily or indefinitely by BlackBork.com.tr and/or his/her account may be closed.

3.e. The user may not take any action that prevents or obstructs other users and visitors from using BlackBork.com.tr, or install automated programs to overburden/lock servers or databases. The user may not attempt to cheat. If found guilty, the user's membership will be terminated and they accept all legal and criminal liability that may arise from this situation.


3.g. The User cannot delete or remove any notes regarding Copyright, Trademark and any Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works on any material copied or printed from blackbork.com.tr.

3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user via BlackBork.com.tr. Upon termination of membership, the user's access to the site will be revoked. The user who cancels their membership acknowledges that this process is irreversible.


3.j. The relationships between site users and each other or third parties are the responsibility of the individuals.

3.m. Certain sections of the site may contain specific rules and obligations specific to that section. Individuals and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.

3.n. To read the measures we take to protect the personal information and privacy of our users and our general policy on this matter, please read the "Privacy Policy" section.

3.o The User accepts and undertakes that the payment information (credit card, mobile number information, etc.) used in the purchases made through the site is correct and that the legal and criminal responsibilities arising from these are his/her responsibility.

7. Notification Addresses

7.a. blackbork.com.tr does not request users' email addresses in advance. However, the email address provided by the user to BlackBork.com.tr will be deemed the legal email address for all notifications related to this agreement.

7.b. The parties agree that unless they notify the other party in writing of any changes to their current e-mail addresses within 3 (three) days, requests made to old e-mail addresses will be valid and deemed to have been made to them.

7.c. Any notification sent by BlackBork.com.tr using the user's registered e-mail address will be deemed to have reached the user one (1) day after the e-mail is sent by blackbork.com.tr. The user declares, acknowledges, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and accepted all of the provisions of this participation agreement and confirm the accuracy of the information they have provided regarding themselves.
