General Terms of Use, Related General Rules, and Legal Responsibilities
It is recommended to read the User Agreement, which includes the terms, rules, and legal responsibilities specified below, before using BlackBork.com.tr. If the specified terms are not suitable for you, please do not use the blackbork.com.tr website. By using the site and filling out the form where your personal information will be included, you are deemed to have accepted the terms written on these pages.
1. Terms of Use and Security Rules
BlackBork.com.tr is open to all members. Unless otherwise stated, the services provided on the site are free of charge.
In the following cases, the site management may block the user's access to the site and reserves the right to take legal action against the person or persons involved in the following attempts:
1.a. Registering information on the site that contains false, irregular, incomplete, and misleading information, expressions that do not comply with general moral rules, or information contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
1.b. Unauthorized copying of site content, partially or entirely.
1.c. The user is solely responsible for any damages that may arise from the sharing of user names, passwords, and similar information provided to users or determined by them, or the use of such information by third parties or organizations. Similarly, the user cannot use personal information such as IP addresses, email addresses, and user names that belong to another person, nor can they access or use the private information of other users without permission. The user is deemed to accept all legal and criminal liabilities arising from such use.
1.d. The use of software that threatens the security of the site, hinders the operation of the site and the software used, or involves activities aimed at obtaining, deleting, or modifying information.

3.a. The information of users visiting BlackBork.com.tr (such as visit duration, time, and viewed pages) is tracked to provide better service. This information, in compliance with privacy terms, is shared with companies we cooperate with for advertising and other purposes to expand and improve our content. The purpose here is to enhance the experience offered to users and to improve BlackBork.com.tr.
3.b. A user of BlackBork.com.tr can start using the site by filling out the necessary registration sections and confirming their email address, provided they comply with the terms specified in this agreement.
3.c. The user agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Copyright Law, Law on the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, relevant decrees and legal regulations, the Code of Obligations, and any announcements and notifications that BlackBork.com.tr publishes regarding its services while benefiting from the BlackBork.com.tr site and services. The user is responsible for any legal, criminal, and financial liabilities arising from any usage contrary to these notifications and laws.
3.d. If it is determined that the user does not comply with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules communicated on the BlackBork.com.tr site, the user's access to BlackBork.com.tr may be temporarily or permanently blocked, and/or their account may be closed.
3.e. The user may not engage in actions that prevent or hinder other users and visitors from using BlackBork.com.tr, nor can they overload or lock the servers or databases using automated programs. They may not engage in fraudulent attempts. If such actions are detected, the user accepts that their membership will be terminated and that they will be responsible for any legal or criminal liabilities arising from the situation.
3.g. The user cannot delete or remove copyright, trademark, and any notes falling under the Copyright Law from any materials copied or printed from BlackBork.com.tr.
3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be performed by the user through BlackBork.com.tr. The access rights of users who terminate their membership will be revoked. The person canceling their membership accepts that this process is irreversible.
3.j. The relationships between site users and third parties are the responsibility of the individuals involved.
3.m. Different rules and obligations may be specified in certain areas of the site. Individuals and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted the specified rules in advance.
3.n. To read about the measures we take to protect the personal information and privacy of our users and our general policy on this matter, please refer to the "Privacy Policy" section.
3.o. The user acknowledges and undertakes that the payment information (such as credit card, GSM number information, etc.) they use for purchases made on the site is accurate and that they bear all legal and criminal liabilities arising from this.
7. Notification Addresses
7.a. BlackBork.com.tr does not request postal addresses from its users in advance. However, the email address provided by the user to BlackBork.com.tr is considered the legal address for any notifications related to this agreement.
7.b. The parties agree that unless they notify each other in writing of changes to their existing email addresses within 3 (three) days, requests sent to the old email addresses will be considered valid and will be deemed to have been made to them.
7.c. Any notifications made by BlackBork.com.tr to the user's registered email address will be considered to have reached the user one (1) day after the email has been sent by BlackBork.com.tr. The user declares, acknowledges, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and accepted all the provisions in this participation agreement and that the information they provided regarding themselves is accurate.
