BlackBörk requests some of your personal information (name, age, interests, e-mail, etc.) in order to provide better service to its customers.
This information collected on BlackBörk servers is used only within BlackBörk for periodic campaign studies, designing special promotional activities for customer profiles, and customer "classification" studies to prevent the transmission of unsolicited e-mails.
BlackBörk does not share the information collected from membership forms with third parties without the knowledge or instruction of the member in question, and does not use or sell it for any commercial purpose other than its operations.
BlackBörk analyzes and interprets visitor movements and preferences during site use, in addition to the personal information requested in e-mail addresses and membership forms.
This statistical data, which does not contain personal information, can be shared with BlackBörk business partners to provide BlackBörk customers with a more personalized and effective shopping experience.
Customer information may only be disclosed to official authorities if such information is duly requested by official authorities and if disclosure is required by applicable mandatory legislation. Only the Customer can access and modify all information entered into the system. It is not possible for anyone else to access or modify this information.
To maximize the security of our valued customers, the credit card information requested on the payment page is not stored on BlackBörk or its service providers' servers. This ensures that all payment transactions are processed between your bank and your computer through the BlackBörk interface.
Our members can contact BlackBörk and get information about themselves;
Learning whether personal data is being processed,
To request information regarding the processing of personal data,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation,
To request that the correction, deletion and destruction operations carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
To object to the emergence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request compensation for damages in case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data,
has the rights.
BlackBörk may provide a reasoned affirmative/negative response to the requests listed above, either in writing or digitally. If the requested actions incur a cost, the Personal Data Protection Board may charge a fee based on the tariff determined in accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
