1. What are the size options for BlackBörk hats?
All BlackBörk hats are available in standard sizes and are unisex in design. Our products are designed to fit head circumferences between 55 and 61 cm.
2. How should BlackBörk hats be cleaned?
For the longevity of our hats, we do not recommend machine washing or dry cleaning. Gently wiping with a damp cloth and airing regularly is sufficient for cleaning.
3. When will my order be delivered to cargo?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the following business day. Since our office is closed on weekends, orders placed during this time will be prepared and shipped during the week.
4. How long is the cargo delivery time?
Your orders will reach the recipient within an average of 3 business days after being shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier's workload and the delivery area.
5. Can I return or exchange the product I purchased?
Yes, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it. The refunded amount will be refunded to the card used for payment, depending on your bank, within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. I entered my address information incorrectly when placing an order, what should I do?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we may be able to update your address information. In this case, you can contact us by emailing hello@blackbork.com.tr with your order number.
7. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
In such a case, you can contact our customer representative by sending an email to hello@blackbork.com.tr with your order number. Your request will be evaluated as soon as possible and your issue will be resolved.
8. Is there a chance to use my own design on the hat?
Yes, you can personalize your hat using the "Design Your Bench" option on our website. Your design will be printed on the front of the hat. However, copyrighted content such as logos, brands, and film/TV visuals will not be printed, and such orders will be cancelled.
9. Is it possible to return personalized (special design) products?
Products designed specifically for you are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to personalization. We recommend that you carefully check the design details before ordering.
10. Do you have gift wrapping options?
All our hats are shipped with a standard BlackBörk box. If you'd like an extra gift box, you'll need to add a BlackBörk box to your cart for an additional fee.
11. Which cargo company do you work with for your shipments?
All our shipments are shipped via DHL. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email.
12. Do you have a store or physical sales point where I can see the products?
Yes, you can examine and purchase our products in our showroom in Maslak and at our stand in Mall of Istanbul.
