Warranty Conditions

All LEATHIFY & BlackBörk products come with a 3-month warranty. To ensure the warranty is valid, please inspect the product upon delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and have a damage report drawn up. Modifications made to the product, deformation of the product, or alteration of the product's original design are not covered by the warranty.

Return & Exchange Conditions

If you find a product purchased from our website defective or you are not satisfied with it, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns and exchanges are not accepted if the product defect is due to customer misuse or if the product has been used within the 14-day period. The return and exchange conditions are based on the practices stipulated in the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers.

- Select the item(s) you wish to return and your reason for the return.
