Warranty Conditions
All LEATHIFY & BlackBörk products come with a 3-month warranty. To ensure warranty coverage, be sure to inspect the product upon delivery. If you notice any damage, file a report and do not accept the product. Any modifications to the product, deformation, or alteration of the product's original design are not covered by the warranty.
Return & Exchange Conditions
If the product you purchase through our website is faulty or you are not satisfied with it, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. If the ordered product defect is due to customer use or if the product has been used within the 14-day period, the product will not be returned or exchanged. The conditions for product returns and exchanges are subject to the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.
